
In our ongoing quest to improve campaign management, we have launched two new features that will transform the way managers work in teams. Managers can now transfer points to each other and even include personalised messages when distributing them. These improvements offer greater flexibility and customisation, thereby enhancing collaboration within teams and increasing their optimisation.
What is it and how does it work?
Previously, manager campaigns allowed points to be distributed to team members from a single, specific points pool. Now, managers can transfer points to other managers, who can allocate these points to their team members.
Consequently, when points are transferred from manager to manager, these points are added to the manager’s own distribution pool, and cannot be redeemed on catalogue products.
Functionality Configuration
To enable this option, ask your account manager to activate the transfer between managers and indicate the following:
- Beneficiaries: Define the managers to be included in the group of beneficiaries that can receive points.
- Hierarchy: Define whether you wish transfers to be possible only to managers below you in the hierarchical structure.
How does the transfer process work?
- Points balance: Managers must have points available assigned to them in the manager campaign.
- Access the campaign: When logging in, the transfer button will be visible.
- Select the points pack: Points are grouped by expiry date (if applicable). Select the pack you wish to transfer.
- Choose the receiving managers: Indicate to which managers you wish to transfer the points.
- You’re done! The points will be available in the receiving managers’ points pool, ready to be redistributed within the same campaign.
Message Attachment
Additionally, a message can also be attached to the points transfer. This also applies to the transfer of points for any user. To activate this feature, please speak to your account manager. The message will be sent along with the communications related to the movement, facilitating personalisation and clarity in each transaction.
Important note:
- In multiple transactions, all beneficiaries will receive the same message.
- To send individual messages, please assign or transfer points to only one beneficiary at a time.

These improvements bring great advantages for both managers and teams. Managers gain flexibility by transferring points between teams, optimising resources, and, thanks to personalised messages, can motivate colleagues or explain movements.
For their part, teams benefit from optional hierarchical management that reinforces control and clarity, ensuring that everyone understands the context of each assignment.
