TP in Portugal, recognized as a Great Place to Work®, focuses on strengthening employee motivation and belonging. In 2016, it committed to expanding benefits, but in 2021, with the pandemic, it accelerated its search for engagement solutions. It was necessary to optimize HR processes without losing the human touch and to ensure continuous interaction with more than 70% of employees working remotely.

Solution and results

TP began its collaboration with Vip District in 2016, using the discount platform to increase employees’ purchasing power:
- A catalog with more than 300 local and international brands, offering discounts on products and services in different categories and formats. Available nationwide.

In 2021, it evolved as a platform for engagement and organizational culture, creating “TP4U.”

The TP4U platform provided employees not only with a unique space for interaction, but also a comprehensive solution for boosting team engagement:
- A mural dedicated to recognition, to encourage recognition and merit among employees;
- A bulletin board for buying, selling, and renting products and hiring services exclusively for employees;
- A space for incentives, to reward achievements and thus promote team motivation.
In 2023, with the aim of improving the experience of public transport users in Portugal, TP4U expanded and acquired new solutions:
- An internal communication space: a corporate digital area that brings together news, events, leisure and sports activities, training, and much more.
- Dedicated mobile app: everything that happens at Teleperformance is now at every employee’s fingertips.

It remained to be seen whether employees would integrate this new platform into their daily lives. The initial goal was ambitious: 50% adoption. And the result exceeded all expectations: 60% registration during the pilot phase, which in a few months turned into thousands of users, making TP4U an indispensable central tool for employee engagement and recognition.
