Challenges and Objectives

As new powertrain solutions company, Horse needed to create a new company culture from the ground up, ensuring that employees felt connected to the new brand and the evolving HR environment. Thanks to the performance reports, Horse is able to track the savings achieved by its employees. In the first 7 months of the portal’s existence, Horse employees had already saved over €20,000, contributing to a more motivated and loyal workforce. Horse’s management reported a noticeable increase in employee morale and overall well-being, which has translated into a more positive and productive workplace environment.

The centralized employee portal, which houses the savings module and access to many other benefits and key information to employees, has made managing and communicating benefits far easier, enhancing Horse’s internal processes.
